GRACE AFTERSCHOOL MINISTRY

At this time, Afterschool Ministry has been suspended for the 2010-11 school year. We are maintaining a waiting list of interested families and if enough students materialize during the summer or in future years, we will try to offer Afterschool again. If you know of someone who may be interested for their child, call Director Chop Cooper at 364-3330 as soon as possible.

Grace Afterschool Program began its seventh year of fulfilling a need in the community for quality, faith-based after school care for students in kindergarten through sixth grade in August 2009. This structured program provides an intentional faith-based afterschool experience for each student with daily Bible education, devotions, recreation, snacks, homework time, friendship-building, discipleship and other fun activities.  Parents may choose among one-day to five-day options with cost ranging from $35 for a one-day program to $150 for a five-day program for the 2009-10 year. Discounts are available for families with two or more children enrolled in the program. Grace Afterschool Program operates from 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily in accordance with the Newberry County School District schedule. An optional late stay is available from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
