SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR ADULTS

FELLOWSHIP SEEKERS class is comprised of younger adults and couples. The Fellowship Seekers Class plans bi-monthly outings to local restaurants or to class members’ homes. This class meets upstairs in the parish building. Leaders:  Susan Dawkins,  Melodie Waters, Mike Whitlock, Ben & Wendy Long, and Wayde Dominick.  

PAIRS ‘N SPARES class for adult couples and singles takes an annual trip to the Isle of Palms Coastal Retreat Center each fall. Class members are also active in the Relay for Life team sponsored by Grace. Pairs 'N Spares gathers in the lounge.  This class studies the AUGSBURG ADULT BIBLE STUDY series, which offers timely topics based on selected books of the BIBLE. Leaders:  Ronnie Cromer, Johnny Merck, Edna Riley, Deborah Ruff and Emmett Wicker.

GRACE SEASE class is made up mostly of senior adults. Class projects include sending sunshine cards to those who are ill or in nursing homes. At Christmas, nursing home residents and shut-ins are remembered with gifts of fruit baskets or poinsettias. This class uses the AUGSBURG ADULT BIBLE STUDY series, which offers timely topics based on selected books of the BIBLE. Grace Sease Class meets in the Choir Room. Teachers:  Judy Bedenbaugh, Heather Harris, Faye Hartman, Vivien Buffinger and Edna Riley.

PASTOR'S CLASS:  This class will meet periodically for a Pastor-led study of timely topics. This will be an intergenerational class open to persons who may not regularly attend Sunday School as well as to members of our three every-Sunday adult classes.
