Grace Lutheran Church is located at 210 Grace Street in Prosperity, South Carolina, on the corner of US Highway 76 and Grace Street. The church is located one block from the Prosperity town square and across from First Community Bank.

I-26 from Greenville: take the Prosperity exit, Exit 82. Turn right onto US Highway 773. Follow Highway 773 until it intersects with US Highway 76. Turn right onto Highway 76 and go three miles. Turn left onto Grace Street. 

I-26 from Columbia: take the Prosperity exit, Exit 82. Turn left onto US Highway 773. Follow Highway 773 until it intersects with US Highway 76. Turn right onto Highway 76 and go three miles. Turn left onto Grace Street.
